Frequently Asked Questions – SERVICES

Do you paint or repair windows?

We are not a window painting or repair company because we specialize in window installation.

Who installs my new replacement doors and windows?

We are proud to offer you true craftsman installation. Our installers make sure that the installation is in compliance with CA building code. The importance of installing a window correctly is to prevent moisture build up or water leaks, even if you hold a water hose directly at the window. It’s important to seal around the perimeter of the window with waterproof membrane, strips of metal flashing, and caulk. A craftsman installation is a more detailed installation and gives your home that finished look.

How long does installation take?

Our installation process is unique because we offer you a three day cancellation agreement prior to ordering your windows or doors from the manufacturer. This gives you the chance to compare our prices and products with any other company. We will not place any orders before the end of the three day period unless you voluntarily choose to do so. Once the order is placed to the manufacturer, it takes three weeks for delivery and one day for installation.

Frequently Asked Questions – TO THE TRADE

How do you work with designers, contractors, or builders?

There are three ways we make window and door installation extremely convenient: 1) You may bring your client to our showroom, or 2) You can simply drop off or email us your client’s blueprints, or 3) We can meet with you at your client’s home to suggest and show window samples. Once style and size has been chosen, Frontline will quote a price for you.

Frequently Asked Questions – GUARANTEES

What kind of guarantees do you offer?

We offer two guarantees: 1) We guarantee to price match if you find a lower price, and 2) We offer a lifetime warranty on installation. After the installation of your windows or doors, you receive warranty paperwork from us. Plus, all of your warranty information is saved with the manufacturer. Some manufacturers transfer a lifetime warranty even after you sell your home to a new homeowner. When called for service, our technician can help you address warranty issues.
